御要望に応じた高速・高精度・高剛性なスピンドルをアルプスツールが設計製作致します。取り付け交換が容易なカートリッジクイル式、ECOに応えたグリース潤滑方式です。スピンドルユニットに必要なツールホルダ、ツールクランプ機構をトータルで開発・提供致します。
It is the custom-made spindle unit of the ALPSTOOL. It has the high high velocity revolution speed, high accuracy, and high rigidity. It is a cartridge quill type and easy to attach. It has adopted the grease lubrication system. The Alps tool develops and supplies a tool holder and a tool clamp mechanism.

- 7/24テーパ・Capto をはじめ、各種テーパシャンクとテーパサイズに対応します。
Various kinds of “taper shanks”, such as “7/24 taper” or “Capto”, and “taper size” are manufactured. -
- 回転数

- 用途と剛性に応じた適切な主軸サイズと対応回転数にて設計します。
It is designed with “the suitable principal-axis size” and the suitable “highest rotating speed” according to “the demanded specification.” -
- クイル径

- 使用される機械の主軸仕様に合わせ設計します。
It will be designed according to the specification of the principal axis of process machinery which had use planned. -
- ツールクランプ

- 各種インターフェイスに合わせたクランプ機構を内蔵することが出来ます。(コレット式ドローバーも製作します)
It can build in the clamp mechanism which suits each interface. (Collet-type draw bar can also be manufactured.) -
