エアーガン

FKS03-450利用の際、機内から取り出したチャックに残った防錆油の除去に利用します。

セットゲージ

Presetting tool

正確な刃物突き出し長さが必要な場合、市販のプリセッターと併用する事で、±0.05mmの公差範囲で正確な突き出し長さを設定可能。

Presetting tool coordinates the accurate length of the tool. Please use Presetting tool together with a commercial tool pre-setter. The adjustment precision of Presetting tool is +-0.05mm.

ツールアダプタ

水冷式冷却装置へチャックをセットする為に使用。使用するチャックのテーパシャンクの種類により選択する。

Tool Adapter installs a shrink chuck to an FKS unit. You must choose the thing meeting the taper shank of the shrink chuck.

日本国内に於いて400V仕様モデルを利用するにあたり使用。昇圧トランス。中国･韓国など380V対応国用のトランスも別途、用意可能です。

小径シャンクで先端が短く細い刃物を最小の突き出し長さにセットする事が出来ます。(φ3 / φ4 用のみ)

刃物ストッパー STH型

Stopper for Type STH

アジャストボルトの設定が無いチャックを使用する場合、簡易的に刃物突き出し長さをセットする為に使用。サイドロック方式。刃物のシャンクサイズに合わせて選択。

"Stopper for Type STH" attaches it to a tool shank and coordinates the length of the tool. "Stopper for Type STH" must choose the thing which fitted the diameter of the tool shank. "Stopper for Type STH" is used for shrink chuck without "Adjust bolt".

刃物冷却プレート

Tool cooling adapter

焼きばめ装置又は冷却ファン装置のファンポジションにセットし、ファンの風を利用する事でチャックより取り外した後の刃物を冷却。

"Tool cooling adapter" is a tray cooling a tool after heating.

加熱調整カラー

C型やSS型･S型の小径スリムチャックに装着して使用します。刃物交換を用意にし、チャックの過加熱を防止します。

欠損刃物抜き取り工具

焼きバメチャックの口元で刃物が折れた場合、御使用中のISGとツールセットベースT3-W/･･･と本品を組み合わせる事であきらめていた破損刃物の取り外しが可能です。
