エアークリーンキット

Filter regulator

装置の構成にエアーシリンダーを搭載したISGユニットでは動作に水分･油分･塵等を含まない清浄なエアーが必要です。本キットは必ず適用して下さい。

"Filter regulator" removes a dust and water to include in air supplied in ISG unit.

キャスターキット

ISGの装置本体をを簡単に移動する為のキャスター部品(キャスターロック機構付き)です。

"Caster kit" helps movement of ISG2200WK

チェンジディスク

チェンジディスクISGS2201-1～3は装置標準付属です。利用する刃物シャンクサイズに適合するISG2201-□を交換して使用します。

It is "Chang disc" for ISG2200. "Chang disc" changes three kinds of disc and uses it.

ツールキャリア

焼きばめ装置へチャックをセットする為に使用。使用するチャックのテーパシャンクの種類により選択する。

Tool Carrier installs a shrink chuck to an ISG-WK unit. You must choose the thing meeting the taper shank of the shrink chuck.

ベースアダプター

ストレート・15TS･20Tのチャックを使用する場合、ツールセットベースのテーパを変換アダプター。

Base Adapter installs a straight shank shrink chuck and a small size shrink chuck to an ISG unit.

冷却ファン装置

焼きばめ装置の冷却ポジション増設用。タイマー付きの冷却ファン装置です。ISG□□WKにて刃物を外した後の刃物冷却用装置としても有効です。

Cool station increases a cooling place of ISG unit in quantity.

増圧キット

Booster regulator

装置の構成にエアーシリンダーを搭載したISGユニットでは規定エアー圧を満たさない、正常に動作しません。工場エアー圧が指定圧を下回る場合には本キットを適用下さい。

When air pressure supplied to ISG unit is short, "Booster regulator" is used.

水冷冷却機能付き装置の冷却液濃度を管理し、適正に保つ為に使用します。

Refractometer measures the density of a coolant.

装置カバー

未使用時のISG2200シリーズを汚れや油煙から保護します。

"Safety hood" protects ISG2200 from a dust and an oil mist.

Coolant emulsion

水冷冷却機能付きのISGや冷却補助装置用の冷却液原液です。ISG3200WK-400V/ISG2200WK-208Vは3%、FKS03-450は3-5%の濃度に希釈して使用します。

Coolant emulsion adds it in a coolant to use in ISG-WK unit and FKS unit and uses it.
