エアークリーンキット

Filter regulator

装置の構成にエアーシリンダーを搭載したISGユニットでは動作に水分･油分･塵等を含まない清浄なエアーが必要です。本キットは必ず適用して下さい。

"Filter regulator" removes a dust and water to include in air supplied in ISG unit.

コイルストッパー

スリムタイプや特殊形状のチャックを使用する際、加熱コイルの位置決めに使用。（コイル位置決め機能のみ）

"Stopper" adjusts the stop position of the coil.

チェンジディスク

シャンク部径よりもカッター部径の大きな傘型刃物着脱時にカッターとディスクの干渉を回避し、且つ最適な加熱状態を実現する為のディスクです。

When the tool point of a sword is bigger than shank diameter, "Change disc 2pce" applies it.

ツールセットベース

焼きばめ装置へチャックをセットする為に使用。使用するチャックのテーパシャンクの種類により選択する。

Location installs a shrink chuck to an ISG unit. You must choose the thing meeting the taper shank of the shrink chuck.

ベースアダプター

ストレート・15TS･20Tのチャックを使用する場合、ツールセットベースのテーパを変換アダプター。

Base Adapter installs a straight shank shrink chuck and a small size shrink chuck to an ISG unit.

冷却アダプタ

Cooling adapter

加熱後のチャック高温部を金属接触にて急速冷却。チャッキング部の外形形状に合わせて選択。冷却時にはチャック部をカバーする事で高温部に触れる事なく安全に作業が行る。

Cooling adapter attaches it to shrink chuck after the heating. Cooling adapter must choose the thing which fitted shape of shrink chuck.

冷却伸長カラー

Cooling extension coller

全長の長いチャックを冷却する場合、ツールセットベースと冷却アダプターの間にセットして使用し、冷却効率を維持。

The Cooling extension coller revises a gap between Cooling adapter and Location.

加熱コイル

サイズ変更時はチェンジディスクを交換して使用。(1セットのみ加熱装置に標準付属)ISG3200にてφ32.1以上のチャックを使用する場合はコイルを交換。

It is "Induction coil" and "Chang disc" for ISG3200.

装置カバー

未使用時のISG3200シリーズを汚れや油煙から保護します。

"Safety hood" protects ISG3200 from a dust and an oil mist.
